Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BewitchyDolls infrastructure, API, and escrow services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by BDGM Holdings, LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a legally binding contract aimed at maintaining the integrity of high-value asset transactions.

2. Corporate Eligibility

The Service is strictly B2B and intended for authorized auction houses, galleries, and verified high-net-worth collectors. You represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms. Anonymous use is strictly prohibited.

3. Escrow & Settlement

Funds held in escrow are subject to strict release conditions. The Company acts as a neutral third-party agent. We are not a bank, and funds held in escrow do not accrue interest for the user. Disputes regarding asset authenticity will pause fund release until independent verification is completed.

4. Acceptable Use (AUP)

Users must not misuse the infrastructure. Prohibited actions include:

• Using the transactional email API for unsolicited marketing or spam.
• Attempting to manipulate auction timings via DDoS or automated scripts.
• Trading items that violate international heritage laws or CITES regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BDGM Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of auction revenue due to latency beyond our SLA commitments.
